Sending Equipment for Repair?
Ship to: SIRLab, LLC / 125 Anchor Boat Dock Ln / Harriman, TN 37748 / Attn: Repair Receiving
- Include a packing slip with your contact information, a brief description of the issue, and your PO number if applicable.
- Pack each unit securely with adequate padding to prevent shipping damage.
- For multiple units, separate each piece with packing material to prevent contact damage.
- Remove or secure any loose components, hardware, or accessories.
- For severely damaged equipment, place all parts in a single container labeled clearly.
- Use a trackable shipping method; FedEx or UPS Ground are recommended.
- For urgent repairs, mark the package "Time Sensitive."
- Notify us at orders@sirlab.us when your shipment is on the way.
