Stirrups are among the most heavily used and most frequently damaged pieces of equipment in any operating room. They’re also among the most expensive to replace. That’s why stirrup repair is SIRLab’s core focus.

Inspection
Every service begins with a free, comprehensive inspection using our custom-built program that guides technicians through a meticulous step-by-step process, with no detail overlooked.
- Vertical and horizontal pull tests of the main lock
- Pressure testing of the pneumatic lift-assist mechanism
- Boot lock assembly performance and release handle function
- Corrosion, burrs, sharp edges, and loose hardware
- Boot pad, Velcro, knobs, and main lock cover condition
Repair & Refurbish
We repair damaged or worn components and refurbish the stirrup throughout, restoring it to safe, reliable OEM operating condition using OEM-quality parts.
Rebuild
A deeper service that replaces the critical internal locking and lift-assist components. The stirrup returns to full working specification, though some cosmetic signs of wear may remain.
Remanufacture
Components are replaced with remanufactured parts to return a like-new stirrup, inside and out.
Preventive Maintenance
Proactively identifies potential issues before they become failures. Addresses minor wear and tear early, reducing downtime, lowering liability, and extending equipment life.

Skytron

Our technicians perform the repair using OEM-quality parts. Every step is documented using OEM testing procedures and instruments.
Testing & QC
Before any unit leaves, it passes a full functional and safety test against OEM specifications. Documentation goes with the unit.
Return Shipping
We ship the repaired stirrup back to your facility, fully tested, like-new, and backed by our 90-day warranty.
